RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Kipros piece. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help with exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and in original condition
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Include all original packaging (box and tags)

Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
We offer store credit or exchanges for all approved returns on full-priced items.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Earrings
Gift cards


FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
